The VNTR Chapter Directors Fellowship Program is an exclusive online program (September 16, 2025 to November 10, 2025) designed to equip Chapter Directors with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to expand VNTR’s global investor community within their regions.
Combining structured learning, interactive workshops, and actionable assignments, the program enables participants to craft a 12-month roadmap for building vibrant VNTR chapters and organizing exclusive investor-only events, followed by a month of office hours.
The entire fellowship spans two months: the first month consists of a lecture-workshop format, followed by a second month during which participants are required to host a VNTR event in order to graduate and receive Chapter Director status.
As a VNTR Chapter Director, You Will:
- Represent Your Region: Act as VNTR’s key representative, connecting your local ecosystem with the global investor community and fostering strong regional engagement.
- Build a Thriving Local Investor Community: Establish and grow VNTR’s presence by hosting exclusive investor events and building partnerships with the local VC ecosystem.
- Position Yourself as a Leader: Become a recognized authority in the venture ecosystem and a trusted super-connector for investors, startups, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Master Community Building: Acquire expertise in building a vibrant investor community, effectively engaging members, and supporting the VNTR ecosystem’s growth.
- Enhance Skills: Develop proficiency in business development, relationship building, partnerships, sponsorship sales, event organization, moderation, and community engagement.
- Learn VC Fundamentals: Learn to manage investor relationships, syndicate capital from accredited investors, and raise funds for VNTR syndicated deals or regional VC initiatives.
- Craft a 12-Month Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap to scale VNTR’s local presence and deliver impactful services to chapter members.
- Launch a Regional Micro-Fund: Partner with VNTR to create a micro-fund that co-invests in your region's high-potential pre-seed and seed-stage startups. There is an opportunity to become a Partner or Managing Partner in the fund.
- Participate in Exclusive Annual Events: Join retreats, roadshow and summits designed for VNTR Chapter Directors to connect and collaborate.
